About The Heat Store

We at The Heat Store pride ourselves on giving a top quality service to our customers, from the initial phone enquiry through to a visit to our showrooms in either Studley or Charlbury. We have over 60 stoves in our Studley showroom and 30 stoves in Charlbury, for you to view along with a choice of traditional or contemporary range cookers at our Studley showroom. Between our two showrooms we have over 20 appliances that are fired display models.

We cover an area for installation of our stoves, cookers and flues, between Stafford in the north to Aylesbury in the south, from west Wales to Leicestershire in the east.

We have skilled and experienced surveyors with over 30 years of experience, who provide detailed quotations free of charge.

Professional, friendly stove installation

Our teams of HETAS and Gas Safe registered installation engineers provide a clean, friendly and professional service and have been with us for many years. All of our engineers are directly employed by us and are not sub-contractors.

Our range of services include not only the installation of stoves and flexible stainless steel linings, but also specialist flue systems in rigid twin-wall insulated stainless steel, pumice and Eldfast ceramic flue linings. We undertake our own building works relating to stove installations and all aspects of chimney engineering.

Our technical and after sales service is second to none and we are here to help from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Saturday.
