We have recently moved into our house and decided to update the current log burner and fireplace ready for the winter. From our very first visit, the heat store were very helpful and knowledgeable. With the help and advice of the friendly staff we choose the log burner, oak beam and granite hearth that we wanted and we came away feeling happy and positive. A few days later a surveyor came out to assess our current fireplace set up and to talk through our requirements. All the measurements were taken for the building work that was required, and for the size of the hearth and oak beam. The fitters, Dean and Paul, who carried out the building work and the installation were fantastic. They are meticulous craftsmen who worked solidly for 2 days. They were friendly and polite but what I was most delighted with was their attention to detail and how professional they were. I have included photos showing before, during and after which I hope will be useful to your future customers. The difference it has made to our living room in terms of looks and heat is incredible. We are delighted :)
